This is how we derive our value systems, strategies, regulations, programs and concrete measures and create transparency.

Responsible business practice also means looking to the future, anticipating opportunities and risks, and understanding their potential impact on our business. We apply a systematic, structured approach to monitoring and analyzing CR topics and trends, as well as current spheres of CR activity.
We apply our Resilience Management tool across the Group to identify and manage possible risks in our supply chain, and protect the company over the long term with high compliance standards. We implemented these as part of our compliance management.
The principles articulated in the Code of Conduct based on internationally recognized standards, are the foundation for our CR agenda. It serves as the main tool for anchoring our values and principles throughout the Group, and ensures that these values are lived by our people.

Environment
Los Cinco Soles commitment to Luxury Approach Caring GREEN demonstrates that luxury can be both enriching and rewarding, without the need
to compromise the experience. A balanced approach to new developing projects, allows visions to be realized whilst all aspects of the local environment
and economy are considered and supported.
We are particularly concerned and involved in the preservation of the ecological system in all our signature projects. Affiliation of every project and/or new development with the Green Globe Foundation, an association dedicated to the education, oversight and protection of the ecosystems is our aim. The agreement requires that four to six trained employees be responsible for an annual check, either in the property or around it, with a very specific check list.

Green Globe provides a certification that responds directly to major environmental problems facing the planet, including the greenhouse effect, over-use of freshwater resources, destruction of biodiversity, production of solid and biological waste and social issues.
Due to our consistent endeavors in sustaining our environment and ecosystem, all our projects, strive to be awarded with the Green Globe Benchmarked certification.
